About Me

Executive Coach & Organisational Psychologist

With a strong foundation in executive coaching and organizational psychology, I bring a wealth of expertise in leadership and talent development.

I utilize evidence-based psychological frameworks to enhance psychological flexibility and present-moment awareness, fostering transformational thinking and adaptive leadership.

My experience has been earned from working in a diverse range of industries including utilities, banking and finance, healthcare, legal, and government sectors, enabling me to provide tailored insights and strategies for a variety of environments.

My passion lies in empowering self-aware, values-driven leaders committed to transforming themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

I am a parent to four fantastic adults, a part time farmer with my partner, an enthusiastic beach-walker, hill climber and an eternal learner.

Professional Training
My coaching is informed by:

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Training): I have a deep background in behavioural change with ACT. Training first with the authors Hayes, Wilson, Stroshal from 2007, and later Walser, Harris and others.

Constructive Development Theory: How adults grow, develop and make sense of their world is key to my coaching and Immunity to Change workshops. Learning from experts, Garvey Berger, Lahey, and Kegan and others.

Snowden's Cynefin: Decison-making in an ever changing world is challenging. This framework can assist leaders navigate in times of complexity and ambiguity.
